Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in the UK or EU.
• 5+ years of PQE in financial services law.
• Experience with regulated investment services and crypto-asset regimes.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Ability to simplify complex legal issues for non-lawyers.
• Commercially accountable approach to legal risk.
• Passion for crypto and familiarity with Kraken's products.
