In Short

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products within the Vertically Integrated product group.
• Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions.
• Translate insights from real-world utilities into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics.
• Develop, prioritize, and execute your product roadmap, ensuring we deliver required outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering to build, test, and refine products.
• Drive a best-in-class user experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, preferably in the utility industry.
• Systems thinker who can connect customer experience, data, and operational workflows.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and data science.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track key success metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for customer experience with a focus on usability and efficiency.
