As an Internal Audit Lead, you will be responsible for leading the global Internal Audit function at Kraken, shaping a high-impact audit function at the forefront of crypto and financial innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in internal audit or risk management.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to lead audit projects and manage stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IIA standards and control evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
