Finance, Accounts Services - Remote

Overview

As a fully remote company, Kraken is seeking a Finance, Accounts Services professional to manage and scale the systems and processes that power our financial infrastructure worldwide, supporting global bank account administration.

In Short

• Manage global bank account administration, including openings, closures, and maintenance.
• Oversee authorized signers and account access.
• Build relationships with global payment providers and banking partners.
• Maintain clean, consistent data across accounts.
• Support and optimize the Kyriba platform.
• Lead automation and process improvement projects.
• Manage JIRA workflows for banking requests.
• Perform variance and reconciliation analyses.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, and Operations teams for audit readiness.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in banking administration or treasury operations.
• Strong knowledge of treasury workstations, especially Kyriba.
• Ability to manage high-volume data workflows accurately.
• Familiarity with banking compliance frameworks and SOX audit processes.
• Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Alignment with Kraken’s values.
• Based in Singapore or UAE, fluent in English.
