The Director of Product Design – Growth role is accountable for the day-to-day quality, speed, and effectiveness of design output for a major Growth Product Design Engineering group at Kraken, a fully remote company focused on accelerating global adoption of crypto.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product design experience.
• 4+ years leading product designers.
• Experience with onboarding, activation, and retention flows.
• Strong understanding of UX and interaction design.
• Experience using product metrics and usability testing.
• Effective communication skills with teams.
• Ability to build effective design processes and standards.
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in fintech or regulated products is a plus.
• Comfortable giving constructive feedback on design work.
