Overview

The Global Immigration Engagement Management Consultant will support global immigration client engagement with a wide range of activities, ensuring the success of KPMG's Immigration practice and contributing to global growth plans.

In Short

• Oversee client mailbox management and take forward emails/tasks.
• Review client reports for data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare agendas for client meetings and coordinate appointments.
• Perform data clean-up exercises in KPMG's case management platform.
• Support the KDN engagement team with up-to-date records.
• Recognize and raise potential matters of risk.
• Provide introductory training sessions on immigration technology software.
• Support engagement administration by adhering to risk management policies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of KPMG's policies.
• Participate in data clean-up exercises.

Requirements

• Undergraduate University degree preferred.
• 1+ years of working experience with an interest in immigration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic project management skills.
• Strong professionalism and confidence.
• Highly efficient with technology/tools.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficient communicator in English.
• Experience working with confidential material.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
