To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated Software Engineers with solid knowledge in Java and experience in software quality, who are ready to take responsibility and work in a collaborative environment.

• Software development: Develop high-quality software solutions in a team, primarily with Java and TypeScript.
• Automation and quality assurance: Develop and implement automated testing processes and integrate them into development processes.
• Quality in focus: Responsible for the quality of software solutions and continuous optimization of processes and results.
• Analysis and reporting: Monitor requirements in the areas of security, quality, and regulation. Create reports and derive actions.
• Promotion of quality culture: Establish a high standard of quality in the team and promote a shared sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge transfer: Support and empower the team in testing, quality assurance, and creating high-quality tests.
• Process development: Introduce new and optimize existing processes to ensure sustainable quality.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development, ideally with Java and TypeScript.
• Pragmatic hands-on mentality and enjoyment in solving complex technical challenges.
• Knowledge in modern development tools and methods as well as a deep technical understanding.
• Experience in quality assurance, ideally with automated testing, is a plus.
• Understanding of security and regulatory requirements, preferably in the context of healthcare.
• Team player mentality: You enjoy working collaboratively and actively contribute to improving team quality.
• Willingness to share knowledge and promote others in the area of quality.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
