The Senior Global HCM Transformation Specialist will lead the evolution of KOSTAL’s global Human Capital Management systems, supporting the digital transformation of HR operations by aligning technologies with business strategies.

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP HCM or similar platforms.
• Understanding of global HR processes.
• Skilled in configuration and process automation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
