Overview

The Operational Transformation Specialist will work closely with leadership and various operational teams to manage small to medium functional projects, facilitating change management and project management principles to improve organizational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2 years of relevant business function experience.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management preferred.
