Overview

The Internal Control Team Leader will lead and manage the internal control function, ensuring compliance with policies and creating controls to mitigate risks.

• Lead the internal control function in KBS.
• Design and prepare the annual Internal Control Plan.
• Identify and document key controls within major functions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of key controls periodically.
• Provide recommendations for improving controls.
• Coordinate training for staff on control adherence.
• Examine management operations and internal control systems.
• Issue yearly internal control reports.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and team guidance.
• Approve payments as per requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in internal control management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Solid understanding of internal controls and financial processes.
• Fluent in English; German preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
