Junior User Researcher - Remote

Overview

The Junior User Researcher is responsible for understanding how people use digital channels and analyzing user behavior to derive effective optimizations for websites, apps, and other digital channels.

In Short

• Plan, prepare, and conduct qualitative user research analyses.
• Develop and implement surveys across various channels to collect and analyze relevant user data.
• Conduct guided interviews to gain deeper insights into user needs.
• Develop UX concepts and ideally designs based on analyses to improve customer experience.
• Learn, use, and further develop AI-supported methods for more efficient data analysis and user research.

Requirements

• Degree or training in Customer Insights, Market Research, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Practical experience in user research (e.g., preparing and conducting interviews, deriving results).
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ideally, some experience with concepts and wireframes in UX design.
• Enthusiastic about optimizing websites and other digital channels.
• Curiosity and openness to testing new methods and technologies to develop creative solutions.
• A true team player with a willingness to collaborate closely in interdisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present results clearly and convincingly.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
