Consultant (Salesforce Configuration) - Remote

Overview

This role performs configuration tasks to meet Komodo Health customer requirements, working closely with the Solution Architect. They are the experts on configuration and collaborate with the project team and our clients.

• Lead and/or contribute to the configuration of solutions for multiple customer projects.
• Participate in client-facing design reviews and training.
• Collaborate with project team members for efficient project delivery.
• Design and configure solutions based on client requirements.
• Document and implement configuration changes.
• Review requirements to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Configure client-facing solutions and troubleshoot errors.
• Support client presentations and design reviews.
• Participate in client training initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity.
