We are seeking a freelance Regulatory Analyst to assist in the REMIT II implementation pre-study for a client in the energy industry, focusing on the impact of EU regulations on their transactional reporting framework.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of REMIT regulation (must-have).
• Solid experience in transactional reporting (REMIT and/or EMIR preferred).
• Experience in regulatory reporting within energy or commodity trading environments.
• Good understanding of MAR, MiFID II, and EMIR (advantage).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, proven experience writing structured requirements (BoR/BRD).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Legal, Trading, and IT.
