Overview

The Financial Process Analyst SOX will be responsible for the implementation of adapted and new SOx processes and controls in the finance and technology area.

In Short

• Develop optimization potentials of control or risk gaps for SOx Control/Process Owners.
• Advise on the implementation of changed or new SOx controls.
• Develop E2E process views considering pre-processes and systems.
• Create solution concepts for process optimizations in SOx ITGC.
• Identify potential automatic controls and consult on automation.
• Analyze requirements for UAT standard processes.
• Consult on quality measures and implement new standards.
• Implement project requirements and necessary tracking.
• Prepare information for management decisions.
• Conduct SOx training courses.

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of operational IT and financial processes.
• Expert knowledge of internal control system requirements according to SOx.
• In-depth knowledge of SOx controls implementation.
• Professional experience in IT and process project management.
