• Own the lifecycle and marketing analytics domain, integrating data requirements into project planning.
• Design and optimize data models with a strong focus on performance.
• Develop dashboards that answer critical marketing questions.
• Analyze lifecycle campaign performance and measure program effectiveness.
• Identify trends and opportunities through deep customer lifecycle analysis.
• Partner with lifecycle managers to refine requirements and maximize campaign impact.
• Own project planning and participate in cross-functional domain ownership.
• Mentor team members and contribute to establishing best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data roles.
• Proficiency in SQL with a focus on code performance.
• Advanced expertise in DBT.
• Strong version control skills with Git.
• Strong data storytelling abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work based on business needs.
• General marketing data knowledge including customer journey mapping.
