Revenue Cycle Intelligence Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Revenue Cycle Intelligence Associate, you will lead customer initiatives and support the development and delivery of technology-enabled service offerings. You’ll work closely with customers to leverage Kodiak’s analytics platform to drive operational improvements and financial performance across the revenue cycle.

• Support Engagement Managers with customer engagements focused on revenue cycle transformation.
• Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and present detailed reports and visualizations using BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on revenue cycle operations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support product development by identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Participate in customer meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is a plus.
