Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas.
• Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• Experience in chronic condition management preferred.
• High emotional intelligence and patient-centered approach.
• Access to high-speed internet and phone lines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
