DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at KnowBe4, you will play a pivotal role in deploying and maintaining the infrastructure for our products, ensuring high availability and security while collaborating with development teams.

In Short

• Manage and maintain environments for high availability and security.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using observability tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure efforts.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using Terraform.
• Manage AWS/Azure services including ECS/Container Apps.
• Participate in incident response and conduct root cause analysis.
• Automate manual tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure management.
• Expertise in CI/CD workflows and automated pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Ability to lead incident response efforts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
