Overview

As a Customer Specialist at Knock, you will be the first point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers, educating them on the Knock Bridge Loan™ and providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.

In Short

  • First point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers.
  • Educate clients on the Knock Bridge Loan value proposition.
  • Resolve inquiries and provide technical assistance.
  • Follow up on social media posts.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Work autonomously while adhering to schedules.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for team members.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Work remotely with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Flexibility to work Eastern hours (9 am - 6 pm).
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Real estate license preferred but not required.
  • Experience in real estate or with real estate agents.
  • Experience with high volume communication (phone, email, text).
  • Proven success working independently and exceeding metrics.
  • Technical proficiency with tools like Google, Zoom, and Slack.
