Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers dealing with damages, uncertainties, or unexpected situations. You provide clarity when it is needed most, using your empathy, analytical skills, and clear communication to assist customers from their initial report to a suitable solution.

In Short

  • Handle and assess damages from A to Z.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers with inbound inquiries about damages.
  • Process these damages both via telephone and administratively.
  • Assist customers with various damage claims, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Requirements

  • MBO level 4 work and thinking ability.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • At least 2 years of experience in telephone customer service.
  • Ability to switch quickly and work well with various systems.
  • Accurate in file formation and strong analytical skills.

Benefits

  • Gross starting salary of €16.50 per hour.
  • Minimum of 28 hours per week, flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday between 08:00–18:00.
  • €300 training budget per year for courses and training.
