Overview

The RTP Volunteer Team Leader will lead a team of volunteer translators and editors, supporting and motivating them to ensure efficient loan reviews while fostering a diverse and multicultural community.

• Lead a team of up to 35 volunteer translators and/or editors.
• Motivate and support team members for consistent loan review.

Requirements

• Proficient in written English.
• Commit to 4-6 hours per week for 13 months.
• Able to attend 2-3 annual conference calls.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Regularly check and respond to emails.
• Able to provide feedback over email.
• Collaborative and able to establish targets.
• Build working relationships with remote colleagues.
• Comfortable with basic office applications.
