Requirements

• 7 to 9 years of experience in Product Design.

• Ability to lead complex design projects.
• Experience with design systems and gamification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for creating impactful user experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Colombian citizenship or residency required.
