In Short

• Join the Builders team to build Kit’s core publishing platform.
• Focus on modern frontend React development.
• Architect end-to-end features from database to deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute PRs weekly.
• Lead and architect major features from idea to launch.
• Transform legacy codebase through strategic refactoring.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations for service reliability.
• Mentor peers and champion quality across the codebase.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in web applications, React, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or willingness to learn.
• Ability to architect scalable and maintainable systems.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with Product and Design.
• Clear communication skills tailored to the audience.
