In Short

• Lead the design of new analytics and reporting functionality.
• Own the end-to-end design process for your squad.
• Analyze user behavior using Mixpanel.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers.
• Shape the design culture at Kit.
• Advocate for structured design approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Experience with SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with user research activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions.
• Experience using analytics tools.
