Overview

The Nudge Enabled Remote Advising (NERA) Advisor will provide personalized support to KIPP alumni through various communication methods, focusing on academic, financial, and career readiness.

In Short

• Manage a caseload of over 1,000 alumni.
• Provide support via text, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with teams to improve alumni engagement.
• Implement strategies for re-enrollment of alumni.
• Track and analyze alumni data for program improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with alumni and team members.
• Support continuous improvement of the NERA program.
• Utilize nudge technology for timely guidance.
• Commit to at least two years in the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in education or student support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to check communications after hours.
