• Own and grow the product platform at Kins.
• Work hands-on with engineers across all layers of the product.
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs in a three-sided marketplace.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Drive discovery and experimentation based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of shipping products in collaboration with engineers.
• Experience navigating ambiguous user problems and translating them into product features.
• Ability to focus on both detailed UX problems and broader strategic goals.
• Comfort with AI applications in product management.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurement and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Nice to have: Experience with 0-1 product development and passion for healthcare.
