Requirements

• Certified Electrician (Journeyman Level).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solar PV installations.
• Expertise in diagnosing system issues.
• Knowledge of NEC compliance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to work on rooftops.
• Willingness to obtain Part 107 UAS license.
• NABCEP Certification preferred.
