In Short

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting and other systems.
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment.
• Install safety and distribution components.
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks.
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring.
• Inspect and replace old wiring and cables.
• Perform troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions.
• Communicate with clients to establish job details and costs.
• Review electrical blueprints to identify wiring circuits.
• Coordinate with team members for installations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician.
• Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
• Ability to use electrical and hand tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and flexibility for long shifts.
• Diploma in vocational training or completed apprenticeship.
