Senior Product Designer (Web3) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team. We're looking for someone with strong UX/UI design experience to help develop our enterprise dashboards and retail apps.

In Short

• Own the design processes end-to-end for new products and features in collaboration with product managers.
• Build and maintain a future-proof design system for Kiln products.
• Work independently and collaboratively with Product and Marketing teams on experiences, campaigns, and visual treatments.
• Create UI mockups and click-through demos.
• Assist the marketing team with new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Champion design excellence and inspire a culture of user-centric design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Background in BtoB SaaS industry, preferably FinTech or Crypto.
• Familiarity with the crypto industry.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
