Multi-Client Bookkeeper - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper who will collaborate closely with the Account Manager on client strategy, execution, and monthly reporting. You will maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reports for our clients.

In Short

• Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO.
• Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients.
• Prepare and review weekly client dashboards and financial reports.
• Meet with clients via Zoom to discuss financial reports.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding their financials.
• Provide support on other financial projects as needed.
• Adhere to established company policies and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED.
• Experience managing multiple clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
