Multi-Client Bookkeeper - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper who will collaborate closely with the Account Manager on client strategy, execution, and monthly reporting while delivering high-quality accounting services.

In Short

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage client accounts.
• Process weekly transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients.
• Prepare and review financial reports and dashboards.
• Communicate with clients via Zoom and email.
• Support on various financial projects as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping experience with client management focus.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks accurately.
