Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner at Keyloop manages the team backlog and collaborates closely with the Agile development team to deliver customer-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with program-level priorities and the Product Manager’s strategic vision.

In Short

• Manage the development team backlog for high-value delivery.
• Write, refine, and prioritise epics and user stories.
• Collaborate with the development team during planning and reviews.
• Act as the voice of the customer for deliverables.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics.
• Translate product strategy into actionable requirements.
• Communicate effectively across stakeholders.
• Forge relationships with engineering squads in Denmark and Germany.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer needs and expectations.
• Familiarity with product tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Agile principles.
• Proven ability to write clear epics and user stories.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse data for decision-making.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in a Scaled Agile environment preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO or SAFe POPM are a plus.
