Commercial DACA Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Commercial DACA/Blocked Accounts Product Manager is primarily responsible for all aspects of the DACA product experience, including product planning and discovery, product profitability, CX development, strategic direction, risk management and product operation.

• Responsible for all facets of KeyBank’s Commercial Deposit Account Control Agreement program.
• Enhance overall onboarding and account servicing experience.
• Manage legal vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support ad-hoc research, data requests, and regulatory requests.
• Partner with internal technology and vendors to develop new client solutions.
• Deliver training on product usage and functionality.
• Support sales force in selling products and articulating benefits.
• Lead cross-functional teams for timely delivery of product management projects.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and buying behavior patterns.
• Conduct executive level presentations and interface with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, client resolution, or complaint management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external presentations.
• Ability to identify inefficient processes and recommend solutions.
• Experience with Deposit Account Control Agreements preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Product Management or related role.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and maintain an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to create and conduct presentations to stakeholders.
