In Short

• Customer support for German-speaking clients via phone and email.
• Respond to buyer inquiries on Amazon and handle feedback appropriately.
• Assist with product, order, and return inquiries.
• Manage requests in a ticketing system with clear documentation.
• Provide technical support for warranty, repair, and complaint inquiries.
• Coordinate with logistics and returns teams.
• Flexible working hours starting from 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a senior role.
• Friendly and patient communication skills, even under pressure.
• Native-level German proficiency in both spoken and written forms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Technical affinity with common tools and experience with technical products is a plus.
• Preferred residence in Germany.
