Legal Advisor (12 Month FTC) - Remote

Overview

This role is a 12 Month FTC position for a Legal Advisor, focusing on providing transactional legal support for Kerv and its group companies in the technology and communication sector.

In Short

• Provide transactional legal support for various communication and technology solutions.
• Coordinate and negotiate B2B commercial contracts.
• Work with multiple functions including HR, Sales, and Finance.
• Support the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel.
• Update policies and contracts as required.
• Assist with management of team inbox and queries.
• Streamline Kerv’s standard contracts and materials.
• Carry out administrative duties for the legal team.
• Maintain required processes alongside colleagues.
• Must be UK based and eligible for the role.
