• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends.
• Experience in international recruitment strategies.
• Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to UK sites.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
