Overview

Keeper Security is hiring an Identity Standards Architect to lead our engagement with global identity standards organizations and drive adoption of cutting-edge authentication protocols across our platform. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.

• Travel for working group meetings and conferences (approx. 25–40%).

Requirements

• Expertise in identity protocols (FIDO2, WebAuthn, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM).
• Experience in cybersecurity and standards compliance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate standards into technical guidance.
• Hands-on leadership experience in engineering or product roles.
• Familiarity with privileged access management solutions.
• Experience presenting at industry events.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and conferences.
