  • Owning the full marketing funnel—customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Leveraging performance marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing) to drive measurable results.
  • Advising on marketing aspects of new product launches, service offerings, or business ventures.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and applying best practices from top-tier marketing organizations.

Requirements

  • You have extensive experience in marketing, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • You have a deep understanding of ICP development and brand positioning.
  • You know how to write compelling creative briefs that clearly define the problem, hypothesis, and expected outcome.
  • You’re comfortable running experiments across multiple channels and iterating quickly based on insights.
  • You have experience working hands-on with performance marketing, content marketing, and data analytics tools.
  • Operating marketing as a system, continuously improving processes, tools, and execution strategies.
  • You have demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively across various departments.
