Overview

Keches Law Group, P.C. is seeking a highly motivated REMOTE Paralegal/Client Negotiator to assist and drive negotiations and case management for clients in workers' compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases.

In Short

• Review case records including medical records and police reports.
• Analyze records to determine settlement demands.
• Write demand letters and other correspondence.
• Negotiate claims with adjusters.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Regularly update clients on their case status.
• Process paperwork for settlements.
• Prioritize work based on case lists.
• Update case management systems.
• Maintain communication via emails and calls.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance claims process preferred.
• Ability to read and understand medical records.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
