EDGAR & Document Processing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The EDGAR & Document Processing Specialist will be responsible for preparing electronic filings of SEC form types and other financial compliance documents while providing support to lawyers and clients.

In Short

• Research and compile data for SEC filings and EDGAR submissions.
• Communicate with lawyers regarding job instructions and deadlines.
• Provide at-desk and off-site support to lawyers and clients.
• Assist with department training documentation.
• Produce, edit, and format complex legal documents.
• Convert documents to various formats including Word and Excel.
• Answer phones and provide technical assistance.
• Proofread documents for accuracy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in EDGAR and document processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of EDGAR software and document comparison tools.
• Strong teamwork skills in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
