Overview

Katapult is seeking a Full-Stack Designer to join a client and help shape a high-impact, consumer-facing mobile app in the sustainability + rewards space.

In Short

Design beautiful, modern, expressive mobile app experiences.
Prototype interactions, animations, and micro-moments.
Craft high-polish UI using strong visual storytelling.
Build and maintain the client’s mobile design system.
Collaborate closely with founders, PMs, and AI-first engineers.
Explore creative directions and push the visual language forward.
Integrate AI-native ideas and flows into the product.

Requirements

Strong mastery of Figma.
Experience designing end-to-end mobile app experiences.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and iterate fast.
Eye for detail in design elements.
Curiosity for AI tools.
Startup energy: fast, fearless, collaborative.
