In Short

• Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support as a POS subject matter expert to restaurant owners.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot for traveling POS installers.
• Research and respond to internal tickets and phone calls.
• Remote hardware setup assistance to franchise owners.
• Assist with QA point of sale issues, setup, and maintenance upgrades.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Interact with development personnel as necessary to determine solutions.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Confirm vendor products meet business requirements.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the business area to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Good with technology and quick learner.
• Dependable and committed.
• Can commit at least 30 hours per week.
