In Short

• Work closely with the CEO to drive success for customer success and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Own key initiatives and unblock bottlenecks to accelerate growth.
• Conduct onboarding calls and setup technology for customers.
• Act as a business strategist for customers, helping them to grow faster.
• Monitor customer retention and satisfaction while analyzing feedback for improvements.
• Guide product strategy based on customer feedback.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are essential.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities are required.
