Requirements

  • Experience in a high-pressure customer service role.
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Experience in a Tier 1 Helpdesk/service-based role.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Driven approach to meet process and SLA requirements.
