Part-Time Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Accountant at Kalderos, you will support accounting functions that ensure smooth and accurate operations, focusing on bank reconciliations, employee expense management, and month-end close tasks.

In Short

• Manage bank reconciliations and cash accounting.
• Collect and review invoices, managing accounts payable for 150 vendors.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee expenses and manage reimbursements.
• Handle credit card accrual and reconciliation.
• Maintain lease schedules and manage payments.
• Reconcile expected debt payments monthly.
• Review P&L and book accrued expenses.
• Prepare and pay taxes and insurance as needed.

Requirements

• 2-4 years general accounting experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Expertise with financial operations platforms.
• Experience with expense management software.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
