Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager (PM) is a strong and proven high-performing project leader responsible for managing and delivering complex to critical customer-facing projects, working with new and existing customers, and is responsible for owning and managing overall project activities. This role emphasizes a focus on Schedule, Quality and Cost while ensuring projects are delivered successfully and customer value is realized.

In Short

• Own and execute the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through closure.
• Engage and manage executive level relationships.
• Lead high to critical complexity projects.
• Establish and enforce PMO project governance structures.
• Build collaborative relationships with customers.
• Forecast project-related resources utilization and revenues.
• Coordinate with Resource Managers for staffing.
• Facilitate project health updates.
• Confirm completion of project documentation.
• Mentor mid-level and junior Project Managers.

Requirements

• Strong Leadership and Business Competencies.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills.
• Growth mindset with industry knowledge in complex manufacturing processes.
• PMP / CSM certification preferable.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• 7 – 10 years industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
