Overview

This position is responsible for sales in the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Region region. This is an exciting opportunity to drive Tablet Command’s growth across two key regions.

In Short

  • Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with fire departments and public safety agencies.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal and negotiation through signed contracts.
  • Build relationships with senior fire service leaders to align Tablet Command’s value with their operational needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly communicate ROI and mission impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product specialists.
  • Represent Tablet Command at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Report accurately on pipeline, forecast, and territory activity using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology sales into the fire service or public sector.
  • OR senior-level fire service experience with demonstrated aptitude for sales.
  • Hunter mindset with a track record of exceeding annual quotas.
  • Excellent communicator who can engage both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex deals.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
