Quality Auditor - Remote

Overview

The Quality Auditor at Sleek is responsible for safeguarding the quality and integrity of client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data through the development and enforcement of robust SOPs, execution of data quality programs, and conducting internal audits.

In Short

• Develop and publish at least five SOPs annually for key processes.
• Update published SOPs to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Lead data quality and remediation projects.
• Ensure proper CSAT surveys are sent for eligible Zendesk tickets.
• Perform high-quality internal audits adhering to international standards.
• Identify testing parameters for services provided to clients.
• Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
• Document issues and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present quality audit reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an auditor.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes.
• Experience in developing SOPs.
• Knowledge of financial regulations (IFRS, Singapore FRS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Proven track record of accountability and ownership.
• Humility and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Ability to have tough conversations positively.
