Principal Accountant - Remote

Overview

As the principal Accountant at MavTek, you will be responsible for critical accounting processes and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Take ownership of reconciliations, sales tax reporting, and intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate with teams to support audits and streamline processes.
• Perform financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare and issue payments for all payables.

Requirements

• B.Comm with a major in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting.
• Fluent in Oracle NetSuite and an Excel expert.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency settings.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently.
