Senior Product Operations Manager - CRM - Remote

Overview

JustPlay is looking for our first Senior Product Operations Manager - CRM to build and own the operational infrastructure behind our customer relationship management system — from the ground up. You’ll lead the design and execution of lifecycle programs that drive player engagement, retention, feature adoption and monetization. This is a hands-on role with high impact and room to shape how CRM evolves at JustPlay.

In Short

• Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Design and execute creative campaigns that are fun and innovative.
• Define CRM lifecycle stages, segmentation, and KPIs.
• Own the testing roadmap and conduct A/B tests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience.
• Strong experimentation mindset with lifecycle metrics.
• Fluency in CRM platforms and light HTML/CSS.
• Player-first thinking and willingness to test creative strategies.
• Self-starter energy with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
